At PRO-WHARF, we are committed to providing a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all clients, guests, and staff. Our Door Supervisor policy is designed to protect both our clients and our company by ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and legal compliance. All Door Supervisors employed by PRO-WHARF are fully licensed, trained, and vetted in accordance with UK law. Supervisors are responsible for controlling access to venues, verifying identification, and refusing entry to individuals who are intoxicated, disruptive, or do not meet entry requirements. Searches may be conducted respectfully and only when necessary, in line with legal guidelines. Our team is trained in conflict management and de-escalation techniques, with physical intervention used strictly as a last resort and always within the boundaries of the law. Supervisors are expected to monitor crowd behavior, identify potential risks, and act swiftly to prevent escalation. In the event of emergencies, such as fire, medical incidents, or criminal activity, Door Supervisors will follow established procedures and liaise with emergency services as required. All incidents, refusals, and interventions are documented in detailed reports to ensure transparency and accountability. Confidentiality is maintained at all times, and personal information is handled in accordance with data protection regulations. PRO-WHARF is dedicated to upholding the reputation of our clients and our company. We welcome feedback and encourage open communication to continually improve our services. By booking our Door Supervisor services, clients agree to these terms and support our commitment to safety, professionalism, and legal compliance.
